I don't know much about the Virgin group but understand they offered mobile but closed that. Now offering mobile through O2.  This sounds as if O2 are still independent but share some facilities or personnel at present. 

Ask the community could be "mobile" separate I suppose. 

Did VM answer mobile queries or were they sent to the mobile provider community assuming they had one?

I shared the views of other members posts on this thread and hope that any changes are minimal and won`t affect Off Topic, which on VN has diminished, and we can keep what many enjoy day in, day out.

There was a section for Virgin mobile but when that was closed and all airtime put on O2 if remained to deal with handset loans only.

Staff their can't answer airtime account or technical questions but simply give a link to here.

Interesting.  I thought that.  

I read that VM and O2 own this new Company 50/50.

Maybe it will work it's way out most things take some time.  

Maybe I'll get to like Virgin 🫣
