19degC and light drizzle for the last hour. No chance of seeing the Delta Aquarids light show overhead this evening, so overcast is it here 🙄

That would be great to see, (I  think there's going to be shooting stars) unfortunately at this time of year, there are mosquitoes 🦟 the size of aeroplanes waiting to suck me to death in my garden. 

Moths fly from dusk to dawn and owls twit twoo enjoying the feast.

It's very busy in my garden.

Very uncomfortable night despite windows being wide open and fan on.

I was in and out of sleeping most of the time.

This morning it's 17c, started sunny but has now clouded over.

Temp expected to reach 26c-28c (I'm not going to moan!!...we have little enough summer here in this country.)

We got to see a few of the meteors last night but were in bed before the main event.

This morning is also very warm. Today is predicted to be the hottest day of the year, so be careful people!

It was pretty unbearable at 29c 4pm. The fans just seemed to push warm air about. It's still 23c at 20.00pm
