Yesterday afternoon christened my vibrant blue O2 brolly
Forecast for thundery rain was accurate
Today was still warm enough for sleeveless sundress and sandals
Fearsome downpour during the afternoon
Waited until only a few raindrops then walked home slowly along the towpath
Still warm inside the house
How is your room outside @gmarkj ... ?
Has it been used a lot during the heatwave before this period of rain ... ?
