Thought of the day

As part of the #o2surprise that I received last week, there was a jar of smiles. Many were keen to see what would come out of the jar each day, so here are the ones so far!

The one that I picked out on Friday was "If you want to see the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain".

This morning I picked out "Relax and reflect. A bad day doesn't mean it's a bad life".

A friend I 'bump into' fairly frequently invited me to sit with her in a place we both frequent in town. It was lovely to just chat 'steadily away' in a quiet bar. I don't drink alcohol much & neither does she. We both enjoy a good cuppa tea. Tea & chat.

Each of us have had our minds on other things recently.

That is the picture I will take from today us two 'mature' ladies having a pleasant, unplanned chat together xx
