Just wanted to mention in this thread that I have now watched about 20 episodes of the original Star Trek series (the one from the 60s!) and I am finding it super funny and cool. Wondering if there's anyone here who have not watched this series?

As I said previously, Star Trek original was so far ahead of its time. Far more realistic that anything that HD been televised before. I've been a fan ever since through all the spinoffs.

I grew up with it and I "expect" that everyone has seen at least some episodes

Well I plan to live up to your expectation and more! Planning to watch all of them. I mean all, not just the original series. I want to see the movies, later series, later movies..... everything!

Maybe next year if I go to gamescom 2017 I will dress up as an Enterprise crew member....
