Yes simply because the cost of living has gone up by 1.7%. A real kick in the teeth in my opinion. 240 NHS staff have died of covid this past year. As Mathew Wright said, the government spent 100billion pounds on Operation Mooshot, the results of which are out there somewhere....yet we can only give NHS staff 50pence a day??!

I've been watching a new series called Your Honor (Sky Atlantic)
Stars Brian Cranston (from Breaking Bad) It's about a respected judge (Cranston), whose son is involved in a hit and run accident.
Saying no more but well worth a watch. 10 episodes and I watched Ep 2 yesterday.

Did watch the last episode of that convoluted show from Marvel on Disney+: WandaVision. Or was it Salem? Hard to tell in the preceding and last night's episodes...
