I'll start off with a change from the usual burgers and sausages and introduce some tasty mains and sides, but of course the first step is to light your charcoal BBQ at least an hour before you want to start cooking.
Arrange the coals in a stack in the centre of the BBQ pit.
Place kindling around the base and a firelighter to get it started.
Once the coals have caught, you can spread them out and leave them to turn to ash - this is the time to start cooking.
I also like to add some mesquite wood chips for added flavour.
If you need to top up the coals, add them around the edge and allow them to burn down before introducing them to the main fire pit.
Perfect for cooking on:
Main dishes:
Prawn and Shrimp skewers.
Salmon marinated with chili and lime.

and finally a nice peachslaw....
Start with the usual coleslaw receipe and add bell peppers, fresh mint, chopped nuts and peach chunks

Yes, I wonder what that's about, I have had no problem logging on - but then I have Chrome on the laptop set to blitz all stored cookies from any O2 website so the olde-style billing bit works for me (bitter experience one summer in Spain there, I tell you!)
Hope he gets back on ok next week.

I have a suspicion that login from one device logs you out of another, possibly based on IP, @MI5 - I have had to log in when switching between laptop and phone, or wi-fi and O2 data. It might just be coincidence, of course... 😎
Must go see where the list of IP address you've ever logged in from is still visible in Settings somewhere...

A shot in the dark, @MI5 - does your phone browser support Incognito mode? Worth a try...
Or, if it is Android, get Ghostery app and use that, for now, to log on to the forum.
If either works, then a browser cache clear out on that device may be the fix. If Chrome on Android, they now support selective, by site, spring-cleans, not the earlier "blow away everything" blunderbuss approach.

Like the idea of fruit with meat
A simple chicken kebab
!" chunks of chicken breast on wooden skewers
Soak in a tray of natural yoghurt with plenty of lime juice
Turn over regularly to get thoroughly coated
Put on the BBQ turning to cook thoroughly
Eat and enjoy
I only use a throw away cheap type of BBQ and usually get someone else to do the cooking
