If it's really free, might be worth a look as a replacement for downloading songs at 89p a time from Amazon MP3.
The cynic in me says there will be probably some kind of catch.

The catch is that your playlist is interspersed with audible adverts. Its also not really a replacement for downloading songs as the free version of Spotify doesn't allow you to save songs to your device, you need a Premium account for that. That means you'll only be able to stream music....which chews through data VERY quickly.
I've got a Premium account so I've had my playlists downloaded on my iPod and my old BlackBerry 9900 for some time.
