Sending old phone off to recycle after upgrade

I just upgraded online and put in the details about recycling the old phone - which they said they would pay me £45 for. I completed the upgrade and checked out but they haven't given me any instructions or a label for sending off the old phone. Will this come as a separate email later on or do I just go through the process and put it through the recycle screens again?
