Resolver level

Today I attained Resolver level on the O2 Community.

I wish it to be known that does not mean that customers can send their complaints to me for resolution, the correct people to resolve your complaints are located at https://www.resolver.co.uk/

The only resolution is to go up another level, you think? Is there a Seer level?

As you can see from the way this thread has progressed, I believe "somebody", who will remain nameless, is attempting to put me forward as a cloned Resolver Complaints product......I am resisting with as much vigour as I can muster because my wife is always complaining and I can never resolve any of hers......so what chance do I have with O2 customers ?

Yes.....they had two circus clowns on a TV programme yesterday who used that word a lot. Of course my fear and hatred started with Pennywise...the clown from Stephen King's IT.....

I hear there is now a remake as well...
