Dame Jilly Cooper the author who wrote blockbuster books such as Rivals, died yesterday age 88
I didn't realise she was that age.. I've read all her books and she was well loved by many.
A few of her books were made into films.

Not really my genre of books (I've read a couple) but millions of people enjoyed her books
To be honest I thought she had already died a few years ago
RIP Jilly

Yes I was quite a fan of Rupert Campbell-Black (from Rivals) back in the day.
Never seemed to age though. Unlike me 😂
Gyles Brandreth was on This Morning and he was very shocked. Apparently he was with Jilly last week and she was fine he said. However, she did have a fall on Friday and then she died on Sunday.
