Does anyone use or know if plusnet mobile is any good? They have cheap deals. But want to hear from someone who has used them.

I've never used them @b4u2 but here's what their broadband customers have to say about them regarding customer service:

That may help you decide, though I appreciate it's a phone not broadband you're after. But I can't imagine one is going to be better than the other.

Very average reviews but most providers have ver average reviews these days.

Recently left Plusnet, plagued by Robot Chinese messages daily because the numbers are recycled apparently. Plusnet does not support short code for SMS, something I now need for medical appointments.

I moved from PN to O2 due to a handset contract I wanted. Would have no regrets to go back to them. Like here, their forum is also a good place for any support issues too
