I've been watching the @O2 Twittersphere, for the #O2Surprises hashtag, quel surprise!

What do you reckon is in the famous blue O2 box?

Haha, @Chris_K - Nice to see a sense of humour injected, it goes a long way to defusing a very prevalent sense of imbalance, no matter how apparently justified, on the forum.

Perhaps a useful tie into the community would be a forum that gets updated with posts to and from @O2 on Twitter, @O2_UK on Facebook, and ditto for Instagram and/or Youtube - they are all very fragmented currently.
