It has been made public in a lawsuit that Apple deleted music from users devices if the music was downloaded from a rival.  It is claimed that this occured in 2007 - 2009.

Apple are breaching users rights because recently they downloaded a U2 album to many unsuspecting users and then made it difficult for it to be deleted.

If the music has been purchased from a rival then Apple have no right to delete it. What next - they'll delete apps that are not made by Apple?

No worse than the disgusting amount of product placing apple carry out each year.
And to quote from the unbiased source:
"Imagine if Apple paid students to sing praises to its iPhone or bad-mouth Galaxy devices."
They do, when they sell an iPhone they sell an idea and that idea is brainwashed around the globe by millions of isheep who accept every limitation set by the almighty cupertino complex.
Amazing to read how pointless that story is. Did you even read it bob?
The actual story is Samsung and HTC relevant and any connection to apple is pure conjecture, pure conjecture by the most biased news source to grace the Internet.
The day that the moral highground is taken by a company that has to sue for rubbish patent claims because they are scared of competition, is a very dark day for all of technology.

Don't Samsung sue Apple too and they both counter sue ?

Both as bad as each other. 😄

Nice to read your subjective thoughts on the subject.

No, no, no Samsung sue when technologies are used without correct licences being sought,
Apple sue when someone uses a rounded square
Bit cheeky really considering, saying others "stole"

Why is it then that Apple seem to typically win in court against Samsung ?

I think they're called lawyers....

What I find interesting is that they allow the testimony of a dead man...mnn...cross examine that!

Typically meaning one wins against the other and then the other counter claims to have the ruling quashed.

God knows how much money , time and effort is lost in these.

Sorry @gemz4the1 for going Off Topic. 😒
