Home to check if the speeds are still as high as my test carried out a few months ago.
I don't experience any buffering.
That must be so annoying. 😞

"Speed and contention
Howett said that the browsing experience using 4G is highly influenced by the number of other people using it at the same time. At the moment, EE’s network is fairly empty, so the download speeds and upload speeds are very fast, but this could change as the network becomes more congested"

O2 customer service have been very good (still all uk on business contracts)
And as o2 have taken the coverage obligation lot and will have to provide the best data network coverage or be penalised by ofcom! (minimum 2mb indoor 98% population (not everywhere but places where postcodes relate to houses)) by end 2017.
Horses for courses as they say if a network is not working for you as has been advise many times check out the competition before you sign a new contract.
Just a balanced point of view
iPad Pro 12.9” 2020 256gb refresh o2 family discount
Apple Watch series 4
My first mobile was in 1995 a CM-R111 from sony on Cellnet.
Wincanton South Somerset (Full 4g 3G 2g indoor coverage) Remember we are all customers here not customer services

I'm finding this a little difficult to grasp @lifeishard2014
You had two contracts with O2 and EE and gave the EE to your brother. You stuck with O2 and now need to take out a contract with T-Mobile? Why on earth stick with O2 if it didn't meet your needs?
