Not sure were to post as I don't seem to be getting any help. I have been on the phone numerous times trying to get my o2 number migrated to a o2 pay monthly sim. Sat I was told it would happen in 24hrs Mon still hadn't so after being on the phone and speaking to 4 different people over 2hrs I was told it hadn't been done and they had now processed it and it would take another 24hrs. I was given £10 credit after I mentioned the time I'd been on the phone. Its Wed and still not happened. I am not phoning again to keep getting told the same. Please help before I go into o2 shop on Sat and end o2 to switch provider.

We are just customers like you and are unable to help with any account issues. Migration and Porting is causing major problems currently but can only be resolved by O2

It sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) 4445 or 0344 809 0222 (PAYG)

Hello. I have the exactly same problem. Since Saturday I am waiting for migrating my O2 PAYG number to Pay monthly plan. Always just wait wait wait another 24 hours and nothing happens. I am also not sure what to do next.
Please let me know if you manage to get your number migrated at some point. I'd be grateful. Thank you.
