Hope everyone is having a peaceful and fulfilling Sunday.
Earlier today I corresponded with @jonsie and I mentioned that I thought Hua Hin in Thailand was as near to Paradise as you could find anywhere. We all have places we would love to escape to for peace and tranquility.
However, being home on leave with your family after a 3 month long tour in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a good example of Paradise.

Not sure why you are moaning Steve. I mean I have had 4 people telling me what a lovely day it is today. This is because the sun was shining. The fact it was 6c seemed to pass them by.
Sun = 24c is a lovely day. Not sun with weather to freeze your toes off!

Since I was discharged from hospital to the coldest place on the planet I haven't had one 'warm' day though I did see the sun one day whilst the snow was ankle deep. At least I thought it was the sun, I've forgotten just what it looks like!

It's grim @jonsie I notice on the screenshot you posted earlier you had two temperatures showing. One was 24c. I presume that was Thailand?

Yes its just a reminder of what I'm missing...maybe it would be better to remove it 😂 Actually 24 is the lowest it gets in these Spring nights,. That would be roughly around 2am as I'm not sure what time I posted the screen shot. It's now 26°C at 9am and by noon it will be 32/33. That fairly constant all year round but it's 34/35 in Summer around November.

It's a beautiful photograph @Anonymous though unless you have flown these shores to somewhere warm ...I will just say its sunny but COLD.... A view to be admired from the warmth of my home...

The sun is actually spreading it's warmth and boosted the temperature to a high of 2°C 😆
Meanwhile back home it's 30°C at 5.45pm.....😕

A beautiful photograph? Nah just a snap on my iPad outside the front door. It’s 2 degrees!
Thing is, on Monday it was 2 degrees and hoofing it down.. that was an awful day!

@Anonymous I was just inferring that whilst the photo was beautiful, the weather was not....
