I read your posts earlier in the day off my phone, but wasn't in a position to reply
I have not been afraid to ask for help ... ... ... support and understanding is needed just like in any other health condition.
I will say what my mom used to say to me ... she used to say it to me in a calm steady voice too:-
'There is always someone worse off than yourself' ... ... ... this would be many years ago, but true.
