Diogo scored 65 goals in 182 appearances for Liverpool, helping them win the FA Cup and League Cup in 2022 and the Premier League title last season.

I was so shocked when I heard this news. He was 28, recently married with young children.
I know he played for Liverpool but prior to this he was a Wolves player.
Fans gathering outside both clubs in tears and laying flowers.
His brother, also a footballer, was in the car with him.
Tragic, shocking news for the family to bear.
