Jeremy Kyle on my day off !! Phew

Hi everyone,

My day off today so i'd thought I would stick the Jeremy Kyle programme on the goggle box this morning.

Well i've raised my eyebrows a few times and thought 'omg' a few times !!

They must give these 'people' high travelling expenses to air their dirty linen on national Tv.

I dont think i'll be making the same mistake again !

I fell upon it once a few years ago and found it far too depressing after a few minutes, I've never watched it since.
