OK so...... (without cheating of course!)

- It was George Reeves

- Don't know this one!

- It did badly because it had a fraction of the film-making budget.

- Lex Luthor, General Zod and Feora. (and the other Kryptonian too, but I forget his name)

- Small villa started in 2003(?)

- He was played by Dean Cain

- 3 ( a complete guess)
