Re: How to write a review

For months been trying to write a review about my new phone on this website, but not able to see the section or tab that allows me to do so. Not sure if I am going blind or looking in the wrong place, but where do I go on the website to write a review???

You can leave a review in the Discussions and Feedback Section.

Thank you, What I mean is under the product itself, there are those who already left reviews, I can rate theirs but not able to add my own. How can I do that?

When we review a phone for O2 under Try The Tech we create our review -see links above- which then stay on the Community Forum.

I see now what you mean ref the reviews attached to a phone on o2's main website. These have no connection to the Community Forum. I'm not sure if they are by invitation only when a person buys a phone online from O2.

You can post a review on the Discussion and Feedback forum on here if you wish.

Other reviews on different parts of the website are by invitation only.
