How do Istop the invoices from O2?

Anonymous
Not applicable

I ordered a blackberry, and then cancelled the order a few hours later when I discovered I couldn't 'cap' the amount of calls each month (its for my 13 year old son/dork).

Despite cancelling, I keep receiving text messages, emails and demends for the first payment and trying to arrange delivery.

Despite numerous attempts to stop them I am still being inundated.

Help!

Only customer services can help you. Keep trying. Calling is the best option. Contact numbers at the bottom of the page.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

If the worst comes to worst simply send the phone back and cancel the contract. O2's system doesn't appear to let you cancel an order but give customer service a ring.

When you've finally got it cancelled, take a look at Tesco Mobile - it's o2s' network and they offer plans that you can cap .

Ps, welcome to the community slight_smile
