Mine are Betty Rubble, Wilma Flintstone, Daphne from Scooby Doo, Marge Simpson, Jane Jetson. I'm also a fan of Road Runner, Wile E Coyote, Daffy Duck, all the Loony Tunes characters basically.

Though I love Scooby Doo! Animaniacs is a modern classic very much from the root of the Loony Tunes though Freakazoid is a personal cult favourite. But I have way too many cartoon favourites to single out any (cue DVD collection!) but I should make a special mention of Pinky & The Brain, Mutley....
