Hello And How Is Everyone Doing Today??

Finally I had to go hospital today and to the O2 shop as well which didn't make it good at all I have been complaining about bad signal for quite some time I mean months and I'm leaving now no coming back guys and hope everyone in this community stay Friendly like u guys have been and welcoming and I do apologise but I just can't do it anymore....

Good Morning Everyone.......

The topic shouldve been named night with t mobile I will explain to u guys why I said yesterday I left O2 but they gave me a deal not to leave and I couldn't refuse it but I said give me a day to think about it while I was using my t mobile I thought let me go and check my bills they took £84 and I called them up straight away asking why am I charged so much already and I ain't even called or used it they said pay it now and we will refund it next month I said yeah like it says donut on my forehead and I will I said no explain yourself and he just hung up on me 😞 this really I mean really got my blood pressure up I called back and explained who damn thing again to another call agent of t mobile and she said we'll there's nothing a can do about it and u will have to wait a while month for a refund or we will keep it as security I'm like what the flip @##$#@@@## sorry got a bit angry guys but I put a complaint through and sent a letter and I went to the EE store in Westfield got banned from it previously similar situation with my friend and spoke to the he manager he actually came out the store and apologised to me but I said I'm cancelling it and I shouldve listened to my cousin and not joined t mobile my cousin works for O2 by the way ....here I am again on base 1 guys always going through terrible times 😞 I mean O2 has never done anything like this to me they have always treated me like a customer should be...but anyways I thought I would let u guys know and hope that everyone enjoys the rest of the day ....Take care
