With luck nobody here is involved with this, but as there is a risk of some of the 2845 letters being sent out to totally innocent O2 customers, I thought it would help to post this update:

Of course if you're not innocent now would be a good time to get your story straight. Smiley LOL

I've also read that his income dropped 90% which has spurred these frivolous lawsuits. I haven't found mention of any sucessful claims being made, I believe he is relying on embarrassment/fear to gain money without having to provide legitimate evidence.

This action was described in the House of Lords as legal blackmail.

There will be nothing you can do until you get the letter, O2 can't help with this.

Came to see my Mum today (busted boiler requires engineer). She handed me a pile of her mail to sort, one of which is, hey presto, from o2 re. Goldeneye/Bendover. Quick research, and I went to download some of their wares from the bittorrent site the same guy used when they failed to sue him in Dec 11. Out of 5 films, only 2 would D/L. And the 2 that did, were corrupted. So now I have to go get some bendover **bleep** to show my mum what she has been accused of downloading. There will be letter to Lindsay Honey and Julian Becker about this.

Still, I've still got 2morrow to D/L the filth onto her account.

Thanks Bendover, I am now capable of using this technology. Now I need time off work to amass some **bleep** - illegally of course.

I'm confused why'd you'd try to download it after a letter accusing you of downloading said content.

I imagine your mum would know what she is accused of downloading by just telling her. Isn't a show and tell a bit overboard?

Tongue in cheek were my comments. At 50 years, I admit to hiding a lot from my mum. And at that age, I shudder to show her my underwear.

You lot need to get out more often.
