With luck nobody here is involved with this, but as there is a risk of some of the 2845 letters being sent out to totally innocent O2 customers, I thought it would help to post this update:

Not a happy customer, O2. Not that I use much P2P software nowerdays as I usually just stream YouTube or Netflix, but it's the princicple of the fact. Boo your anti-customer practices.
