Fun : Tablets now attached to tables in MacDonalds.

Hi

So while out shopping yesterday I popped into my recently refurbished MacDonalds for a Latte, and instantly noticed now they have Tablets attached to stands mounted to some of the tables. 

I couldn't get to one as they were all being used 😳

Im guilty of checking my phone while there but this is a whole new concept.

Imagine the amount of greasy fingerprints / bacteria on these 😁

What do you think ? Good or bad idea ?

They have these in the one in cov after its recent "refurbishment" I say refurbishment, it looks more like graffiti.

Far too horrendous to even contemplate....Not just FB but staying logged on to any other site...

One thing I did notice was the time out session period they were at.

After not touching the screen after around a few minutes it timed out the session.

Apple wouldn't have allowed such flexibility in security, probably why they wanted galaxies.

I don't know - I saw iPads on public access in Pearson airport and it timed out if you didn't do anything. Mind you I wasn't impressed with the iPad facility as it just ended up being a frustrating experience trying to swipe like my BB Playbook!
