F1 World Championship

HI all

As we are in the final race of the 2012 season, I was wondering what the F1 fans amongst us have to say on the season.

Who do you think will win the 2012 drivers crown ?

Who do you think drove the best this year ?

Will 2012 be the last time Lewis Hamilton wins a race for the next 3 years ?

How did Jenson Button fair in his 3 years as Lewis's team mate ?

Has your opinion of Michael Schumacher changed after his comeback ?

What do you make of Kimi's comeback ?

My all time greatest would have to be Fangio. As for "modern" times I'd go for Senna or Mansell.

My choice would be Jim Clark, I was lucky enough to see him and Graham Hill racing at Brands Hatch.

Remember him now, there's a blast from the past!

He is the only driver to posthumously win the Formula One World Drivers' Championship (in 1970), after being killed in practice for the Italian Grand Prix.

I only started watching F1 in the late 80's, and Mansell was the first driver I cheered on. I didn't like Senna at the time, but with more understanding of the man, I do like him now.

My all time favourite is Mansell though. You've got to have someone who gives you the highs, as well as the lows.

What!

Vettel may not keep his title, Ferrari have protested that he overtook with yellow light on and before he reached the green.

If upheld he will be relegated to 8th position giving Alonso the title by one point!

It looks very clear on the replay too.Smiley Surprised
