Emojis for the Community

With the "New Look" to the Community, some of the previously popular and well used emojis are no longer in the list of emojis for posting on the Community

But, with a trawl of posts on Off Topic by @Cleoriff and @Mi-Amigo,  here are some of the "missing" emojis

 fear smiley

  whistling emoji

  Welcome emoji

   Mexican wave emoji

     Happy Smiley 58

Bowing emoji

   Bouncing emoji

All of these emoji can be copied and pasted into posts on the Community.

Please feel free to use them.

Thanks for posting @Mi-Amigo . One got missed when I was trawling yesterday.

It's the 'jumping up and down with excitement emoji' Used mainly when your team has won, or you are off on holiday type thing. It was used a lot.

Only problem with one of those above is the sizing.(Happy Smiley 58) 5th one down. It's too small.

As in fact are all the emoticons we are using with new forum. 🔨🕑 (work that one out! )

Perhaps, when the higher-priority items on the Forum squawk list have been dealt with, the admins will update the list of emojis to bring back some of these favourites. 🤞

Ha, whilst I was looking, you found bouncy smiley.

I agree with @pgn and I'm sure you are the same @Mi-Amigo.  We know this is never going to be top of the list of 'jobs to be done on forum', it's probably one of the least important things if honest. 

However, having been here when the last lot of emoji's were added it seemed to take less than 30 mins

At least @Martin-O2 @TheresaV  and @LukasB will have an idea of those emoticons we would like to have reinstated. 👍

Totally agree with what you said @Cleoriff  that adding emojis is low-priority in the issues to be addressed.

In the meantime, if this thread helps anyone who wants to add one of these "missing" emojis to their post then it has been worthwhile and serves a purpose.

Thanks for posting this @Mi-Amigo. So good of the developers to remove things many people use and like. All the posts from eight years ago and you not being able to run the WHD are a real bonus. NOT!!!!! I loathe this new format. I think it's garbage.
