END OF BST (Clocks Back)

At 2am Sunday morning (27th Oct), it's time to turn back the clocks (End of BST).

This gives us all an hour extra in bed.

It's also the start of dark mornings and dark nights!

Thank you @Oxonian for your comments and 'blue links' posted above.

My mum just could not do 24 hour clock.

Poor dad had job of altering all the timepieces in their house and on electric kitchen appliances.

They had lots of analogue / wind up things xx :slight_smile:

I just have 2 wind up watches to alter, don't like 24 hour digital watches, nor clocks if I had any.

I prefer 24 hour clock and do appreciate BST not Daylight Saving Time as it is shown on my phone = pah !
