I have put in a order for a device and it’s took the payment out and went through but I have not been sent any tracking information and it came up credit check was unsuccessful but payments been took ?

o2 didnt take your payment, it was pre-authorised to make sure you had the money, and o2 dont have the funds, the bank have put to oneside in case o2 completed the payment.
As they havent YOUR BANK will release back to you in between 24hrs and 14days depending on THEIR process, so you need to speak to your bank.
