At present, 83 Britons and 27 foreign nationals are flying back to the UK from Wuhan, the Chinese city at the centre of the outbreak.
The flight is due to land at RAF Brize Norton at 13:30 GMT.
The UK passengers will then be taken to Arrowe Park Hospital on the Wirral and quarantined for two weeks.

Here's a good analysis of what went on with PPE.
How many of us would expect a waiver on quality if we were asked to do something fast?
Not long, and the video makes a good point.

Regarding PPE, I haven't forgotten how tons of it stayed in containers or warehouses, unused and going past it's sell by date. Also how much of it was actually ineffective as it failed to pass the required standard for safety.
The whole PPE fiasco cost us millions. I think I said this a long time ago on this thread.

You did, @Cleoriff.
And now that Matt Hancock has effectively lost the challenge, and has till 07-May to give the evidence requested for some of these suspect contracts, guess what?
The loser pays the court costs - so you and I are paying again for this stupid blunder and incompetent government. 😠

This is awful news @jonsie. I notice they have omitted to tell us where the Thai variant cases are located?
It also looks bad for the country 're-opening' on June 21st as the news comes as Matt Hancock confirmed that cases of the Indian variant of COVID-19 have doubled in a week to reach almost 7,000, although hospital admissions remain broadly flat, data shows.
Sad news
