The BBC have announced that two patients in the UK have been diagnosed with the coronavirus.

No further details have been given other than they are both members of the same family and are receiving specialist NHS care.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-51325192

At present, 83 Britons and 27 foreign nationals are flying back to the UK from Wuhan, the Chinese city at the centre of the outbreak.

The flight is due to land at RAF Brize Norton at 13:30 GMT.

The UK passengers will then be taken to Arrowe Park Hospital on the Wirral and quarantined for two weeks.

Hello @pgn and @Cleoriff
I am ordering a Morrisons online shop today. Cornflakes are top of the list. I have fallen out with Weetabix. Pleased to hear this info as my mum has cornflakes every morning as part of her substantial breakfast. Thank you both.

That's the problem @pgn , many people will go for Supermarket own brands as opposed to Kelloggs.

I eat Tesco cornflakes but they list Vit D on their cornflakes box ....so would be ok ...seems to have very similar vits as Kellogs @Cleoriff
It's just possible that Kellogs make cornflakes for Tesco under their own brand I have seen the Kellogs factory at Old Trafford Manchester..the cornflakes baking fills the air for miles!
Good to check box though for vitamins included.

If your inner child craves a touch more than Kellogg's Corn Flakes, here's the article that came out when Kelloggs announced the drive to increase Vitamin D content to 50% of RDA for their UK cereal ranges - you may be pleasantly surprised!

And speaking of caps, whilst this is a fact, will it be enough to make people change their behaviour and stay apart, wash hands, wear a mask?

It would make me think twice...

And a bit of bright news - seems antibody resistance to SARS-CoV-2 virus is a little better than some news reports would have us believe:

"Most people mount a strong antibody response to SARS-CoV-2 that does not decline rapidly: study" https://medicalxpress.com/news/2020-10-people-mount-strong-antibody-response.html

In all my years, I have never heard of Oxygen supplies running low for any hospital @pgn

That's just terrible news.:smileysad:

Exciting results on the antibody study though. Pleased to see they used a large number of people to conduct the research.
