Clocks Forward (BST)

A 'timely reminder' that clocks go forward 1 hour tonight. Officially the time to change is 1am Sunday morning but most people do it before they go to bed! All it means for many people is they will lose an hours sleep..though it is the official start of British Summer time.

Yes I have just checked...they go forward the same as us

It's the same in the EU.....last Sunday in March and last Sunday in October
