Can't change password at https://accounts.o2.co.uk/mydetails/password/change

I'm trying to change my password at https://accounts.o2.co.uk/mydetails/password/change. The "Save New Password" button is doing absolutely nothing. Tried both Chrome and Firefox on Mac OSX.

Hi

Have you tried clearing the caches in your browsers and try again.

Possibly Customer Service may be able to assist.

I've just done it, on a pc, and it's working fine, so can't think of anything else >hopefully clearing the cache should do it Good Idea (fingers crossed)

Check these requirements:

Your new password:

  • Must contain at least one letter and one number

  • Must be at least 7 characters long (and up to 16 characters)

  • Can contain these symbols . ! ? + - * < > _

  • Must be exactly the same when re-entered

Thanks for the replies.  I have managed to change my password using Safari.

Looking more closely, I think my previous idea for a new password may have been more than 16 chars.
