Don't let my sad and anxiety looking emojis fool you, I'm very happy to be posting. The reason I use those emojis above is because today is Blue Monday.
'Blue Monday is the name given to a day in January (typically the third Monday of the month) said by a UK travel company, Sky Travel, to be the most depressing day of the year. The concept was first published in a 2005 press release from the company, which claimed to have calculated the date using an "equation"'

Now, this is likely just complete pseudoscience! And there is no reason to believe it is the most depressing day of the year. But, even though, the date has entered British pop culture and many people are aware of it. So, I thought we may as well try and combat the day with some happiness.

Lots of good stuff in the original post on this thread ..... the Moody Blues have been a favourite band of mine for many years ... I am unable to post the vid of Blue Guitar by Justin Hayward, but it's his lyrical haunting voice in this song which gives me goosebumps and makes me feel good say when feeling somewhat 'down' or 'under the Winter grey weather' I am listening to it now X X
