This years "Black Friday" is rapidly approaching.....(28th Nov)

What are you guys doing this year ?

Anyone planning on hunting down any deals?

What did you expect running SD stretched over more than 10 pixels squared.

But anyway, check the manufacturers websites, most do deals from Fri to monday if like last year.

I was actually relying on the upscaling but OMG....i could not believe how poor SD looked!!

Yeah but also everything looked time-lapse with the amount of judder. All settings made no difference....maybe when OLED 4K become affordable i might try again.

 

I have never seen a bad picture (blurriness, motion, judder etc) on any plasma, has anyone else?

If you are looking for good TV's (all a matter of personal choice I know) but I think the Panasonic Viera range take a lot of beating....

There are some good offers at Currys....

Yeah i've seen they have some good deals.....especially the LG 60 inch full HD Smart  plasma for £599....although I think i sit to close to have a TV that big!!!

The 4K TV i tried was a Samsung and really put me off them.
