I'll stick with my Yorkshire Tea tea bags, preferably not de-caff which I have to have for health reasons = Ugh !!!

Yorkshire Tea is aka Taylors of Harrogate tea

And honestly I am not being facetious. I am lucky enough to be blessed with 'skinny genes'...

Mum and Dad both could eat what they wanted with no problem, so it tends to run in the family.

Both my lads are the same..as are our grandchildren.

I just think its a mistake for researchers to tar everyone with the same diet brush.......

You & your family are indeed blessed

I am short, 60 & a bit of a big Yorkshire lass Cat Sad Reason is I just don't feed myself enough & properly = my fault I know

@I can remember being @ 9.1/2 stone & truly believing I was very fat. At the time I was desperately trying to loose weight, once again, as I was going to join my then husband in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ..... & yep there were plenty of 'body beautiful' types there & I did n't want to be the odd one out, BUT I was, even though I wore a 2-piece swimsuit ..... I am the oh so typical yo-yo dieter ..... I was 7st 5lb on my wedding day in 1975 BUT my man heart who is a down-to-earth Yorkshireman loves me just as I am & I'm so grateful to be accepted just as I am

Beauty does definitely come from within, but it helps if you like what you see in the mirror LOL Crazy

jonsie you've made me LOL Cat Wink

It's got me thinking what kinda woman am I? At 60 I really, really should know don't you think?

I definitely think I've changed during the last 5 years when I've had a decent, man in my life Bouncy

I remember during vile divorce/custody case hearings that I described myself as an adaptable, practical & resourceful person & I still believe I am slight_smile

AND I like Yorkshire Tea brewed with Yorkshire water, no sugar, semi-skimmed milk in a half-pint pretty pot

or if I'm out a full strength milky latte coffee - don't drink coffee at home Cat Very Happy
