Well you see Lee...I firmly believe in healthy eating. (UP TO A POINT)..However as I am 9st 2lbs and
have taken 3 sugars for as long as I can remember, I can't see it doing me any harm
Along with white bread, red meat, roast potatoes and yorkshire pudding etc etc....
I often despair at all this scaremongering from 'government sources'... Unless you have an illness that
is dependent on diet control...then a good tip of mine to all friends who have weight problems is...
'Putting less in your mouth is a good starting point'....

Please don't shudder...but I have been known to throw a canderal in as well...if my friends have been a
little stingy with their 3 sugars....
And honestly I am not being facetious. I am lucky enough to be blessed with 'skinny genes'...
Mum and Dad both could eat what they wanted with no problem, so it tends to run in the family.
Both my lads are the same..as are our grandchildren.
I just think its a mistake for researchers to tar everyone with the same diet brush.......

A colleague at work has 6 of those sugar sticks in his coffee.
If I had all that sugar I'd be asleep in around an hour. 😞

Just think what calibre of cuppa that machine would make !
I'm a coffee man myself.
Latte from Costa is my favourite.
