I haven't seen any sign of anyone clamoring for a general election @Cleoriff. Has there been anything in the news? If so, I've missed it. I would have thought that the Labour party would do all that it could to avoid one at the moment.

In my local news, they were asking people in the street .....some weren't happy that she was chosen as leader 'by default' as it were. They were asking people of all parties about her and the chances of a general election. I think this may well be an immediate reaction to the news but it is out there...

Personally I would have thought it would be the last thing the Labour party would want at this point, as they're in the middle of a leadership struggle themselves, and I wouldn't believe a thing the Sun says. I don't think it will happen.
