Adware?

Can someone help me please?The screenshot below is what  keeps popping up and I have no idea what it is.  I have no new apps installed and my virus scan can't find anything.  Beyond annoying now x

When you get the advert, press and hold the home button and it will show which app is giving the advert. Go into file explorer and delete it. Make sure you haven't got download from unknown sources ticked in security.

I'm going to look in file explorer now @jonsie..as the green screen has gone but is still bleeping. I can see a factory reset coming on  x

Ps..finding nothing.  @jonsie..it's more of a false lockscreen as @viridis had said..but no idea where from . Resetting would be easier I think lol x

That would be "Apps that can appear on top" because they can (draw over other apps)....

Ok..everything is toggled  ON..but there are deffo no new apps there.  X
