That's right, fat isn't bad for you at all. Fat equals flavour, take away the fat then you take the flavour and they have to put a whole heap of junk in there to make up for it.
Fat in food has become synonymous with fat in weight, and it's wrong.
I also get the flavoured sparkling waters, I could drink peach water all day.
