Hi Not sure if on the correct board?

How do I get into rewards as I used to put in my mobile number and they sent me a code to let me in and I could then exchange my rewards for gift cards, but for some reason takes me through to priority where it gives the rewards balance but where do I go to manage these please? thanks

Can you still exchange rewards for gift cards? and if so where is that link please as unable to get into manage my account as I used to be able to do? takes me through to priority and there is nothing on there for gift cards?

Hi thankyou, yes it is PAYG but when I sign in and click through it shows my rewards balance but before I was able to exchange the rewards for gift cards, ie. amazon etc, however cannot see the option to do this, any ideas of where I would look for that please?

Thanks signed in on the link but where do you go to exchange your rewards for gift cards please?  If you click on the go to o2 rewards  website which is what it used to be like as you put your phone number in and clicked let me in, however it will not let you do that now and you have to click on go to priority which takes you to the page  you signed in on and cannot see where to go for gift cards, hope that makes sense?

thanks again for your help,yes that is the screen I get when signed in however if you then click on go to 02 rewards website it takes you to the screen to log in and back to that screen, so still cannot find where to exchagne rewards for gift cards since they  have moved rewards to priorities.

There is a designated part of the forum for Priority queries, I will ask for this thread to be moved there, and then ask you to call O2’s PAYG customer service team after 8am tonorrow – give them a call on 4445, or reach out to the Social Media Team on any of the 3 platforms just below this post. Someone on the O2 side needs to look into your account - Forum users cannot access your account.
