Any chance that the o2 Priority App might actually start to work? Have not been able to access it for some weeks now and the concert access is one of the key reasons why I’m with o2.

I am having the same issue. I have a new number since yesterday, and I can't log in to Priority app (neither through the browser site). Every time, I add my number and then it returns: "Sorry, there was a problem with your request. Try again later". I have deleted the app and added it again, cleared cache etc, and still nothing. Support just logged my complaint but couldn't help resolve the issue.

It may take a few days for your new number to be fully registered on all of O2's back-end systems.
Also note the Web version of O2 Priority was taken away some weeks ago, so you are restricted to just the app. Give it a couple of days, try registration again over the weekend or on Monday coming during O2 business hours @manos89

Now I receive the message "You need to top up to use Priority", but I have already topped up twice and I have £15 on my account, so I guess I'll keep checking until it logs me in.
