Trying to purchase a new phone on the website as I've lost my phone, however it is asking me for a code that will be sent to my phone, which I don't have as it's lost.

Then you need to either do this in store take along proof of ID, or call o2 on 0800 081 0255 and speak to the sales team.

 

Also make sure to report the phone lost to o2 Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it
