I am being offered an extra with my new apple phone and I would like to select Apple Tv but when I choose extras I'm just offerde under 'Featured Disney TV which I already have. How do I get the Apple TV extra ?

Apple TV is an Apple offer when purchasing a qualifying device.

Just login to Apple TV with the Apple ID used on your new device and you will be offered it free if eligible.
