Hello,

I will be attending an event at the O2 tomorrow and would like to inquire about the process of obtaining a wristband. Can I arrive at the venue and acquire the wristband on-site, or do I need to obtain it in advance?

If advance retrieval is necessary, please advise the appropriate time frame for my arrival, considering that I will not arrive in London until 4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I do not require an account view for the information, but I would like to know if I need to arrive significantly earlier than the scheduled time.

I would say, read the information and aim to arrive when the queue opens... as the o2 gets very busy...
