Hi
Do the 'Twickenham match tickets held back for Priority members' include members who use wheelchairs or are they excluded from this offer?
It does not seem like there is no other way of obtaining wheelchair accessible unless you are a member of the ERC
Thanks

You need to call to buy disabled access tickets due to the variations in venues.

Out of those 500 tickets there are not any tickets suitable for a wheelchair user!?

That's not on, but unfortunately it is up to the RFU to make them available, and well they are a shower...
I would be tweeting the RFU and calling them out for it, or complaining direct to them...

I am wondering, is this the case for all O2 priority tickets , that none of the priority tickets are for folk in wheelchairs and I have to phone the event venue direct ?

Yes, unfortunately you do have to call the venue directly.

Hmm, I can't say I am happy about being excluded from all ther ticket offers

You shouldn't be excluded..
It is dependent on the promoter, in this case the RFU, who seem to want to make life difficult...
One way round it is to book a ticket and then call up the venue afterwards with your accessibility requirements, as I know some family friends who do this (not via priority) and it seems to work..

Thanks madasaf1sh
I have emailed RFU to see what they have to say, but I'm not holding my breath as like a lot of big companies, they only do what the regulations/law state they have to do, regarding wheelchair accessibility. They forget that everyone is getting older, including themselves and loved ones, and what they sort out today will make it better for themselves and their loved ones if they ever need wheeelchair accessibility in the future
Thanks for your advice madasaf1sh

RFU got back to me and offered me two free tickets and free parking, stating "You should have been advised to secure your tickets through the O2 link and then contact us for us to move you to an accessible area"
I am still not too sure why I have been told to contact the venue directly, but it was a nice suprise!
Obviously next time, I will be back to square one!
Thanks
