I need help! Has anyone got the answer for me? I selected my tickets to an event entered in all my bank details even entered in a one time code from my bank to confirm the purchase then a screen came up saying confirmed then seconds later it said that it had timed out. Have I got my tickets or not? I haven't recieved an email and cannot see the transaction on the bank account but not sure if this would appear instantly anyway?

It sounds like the transaction most likely hasn't gone through, especially since you haven't received a confirmation email or had payment from your bank account.
You might need to call our team over the phone to check but I'll tag our account advisor @O2Lisa to see if she can have a look into that for you or guide you in the right direction.
